What happened: I was just a lowly police officer walking around outside the PD when succ appears. He's threatening to shoot me so I say if he does I will kill him. A few second later as I turn around to go walk somewhere else he shoots me up and I die. Obviously I call the admin because that is RDM.
The Sit: The Admin finally comes to me. We get in a sit we start talking about how he rdmed me and succ starts lying saying I asked him to shoot me. Biggest bullshit ive ever heard. Later succ says Savagedog heard me say it. Savagedog is tped and he sides with succ. Now I can only assume hes a friend he met on the server. We start going back in forth as they make up more lies about me asking to shoot him. I ask them if they have video proof and they say no. Now the only proof that we have is the damage logs which show I did nothing to provoke him and that he rdmed me. But guess what. Streamin takes the evidence and doesnt care and warns me twice. He had absolutely no evidence against me. All he had was a witness which is barely evidence unless they are staff and even then it shouldnt be counted as evidence because people can say whatever they want. Streamin even said that "It was more likely to be you". Streamin warned me over gut feeling. Not evidence. No video proof. When the dlogs obviously showed that he had killed me without provocation. He warned me.
