i tihnk derpy lizard should be demoted and heres my reasons why
1. Hes has not been active for a while now and even yesterday someone tried to impersonate him as staff just to get vip and mod he also has not told any of the staff that he will be absent for a period of time
2. He is never staff on duty when he is on he never goes staff on duty and he just hides in his shop doing nothing but rping leaveing the rest of us to deal with sits
3. Hes power hungry the day i got mod he went on a temper tantrum just cause he wasnt promoted and in my time as staff ive seen tons of power hungry staff they expect you to give them promotions for doing nothing and it usually ends badly when they find out there going to get demoted
